Small to TALL uses Australia Post for shipping orders unless otherwise agreed. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss alternative arrangements if you have specific requirements. Special delivery arrangements for orders to Australian addresses may incur an additional charge.

Regretfully, Small to TALL cannot accept responsibility for any orders shipped to an international address with no tracking number. Refunds will not be given should packages with no tracking not arrive at the intended destination. Customers are advised to select a shipping option with tracking to ensure traceability.

Delivery Times

Orders are sent out within 2 working days after payment has been received.

Some items may take a little longer to reach you:

  • Elle Evans Tiny Swimwear cossies are made to order so please allow an additional 10 days from purchase date before they can be shipped. Elle Evans Tiny Swimwear will be shipped directly to you from the Elle Evans team via courier and you will be issued with a tracking number once they are sent. If you have ordered items from other brands, these will be sent separately within our usual 2 day timeframe.
  • 'Ready made' First Baby Shoes are sewn to order, so please allow an additional 10 days from date of purchase before these are shipped.

Our 'no quibble' Returns Policy

We know what it’s like buying stuff online and we get that it’s hard to know if what you are seeing on screen is going to be just as gorgeous in the flesh, so to speak. That’s why we have a 'no quibble' returns policy on full-price, non-sale purchases. This means you can return things (unused, unworn and with all packaging and labels intact) within 21 days of you receiving your order. If you want to exchange your item for a different size or style, we’ll cover the postage for sending you the exchanged item.

If you wish to exchange or return an item we ask that you contact us to let us know as soon as possible and return the item to us at Small to TALL, P.O. Box 556, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia. Once we receive the returned item(s), your order total (less original delivery) will be refunded OR the replacement items(s) will be despatched. Postage will not be charged for sending replacement item(s) to you, the customer, however, all costs such as packaging and postage incurred when returning unwanted item(s) to Small to TALL will be paid by the customer.

Lost, Faulty or Damaged Items

We personally check all our stock and pack your order ourselves to be sure it is not faulty or damaged but if you receive an item that you deem to be broken or faulty, or your item does not turn up within 10 days of it being despatched, you should get in touch with us to let us know.

You, the customer, can choose whether to receive a store credit or full refund on a damaged item. Damaged items should be returned to us at Small to TALL, P.O. Box 556, Leichhardt NSW 2040, Australia within 21 days of receipt with all labels and packaging intact. On approval your credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned item including associated shipping costs.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are purchased 'as is' and cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable if you change your mind. However, our returns policy does apply if you deem a sale item to be damaged or faulty.
